Parking is not included in the rate. Once the reservation has been made it is possible to request a subscription for public parking, the price depends on number of days.
Alternatively, for those who prefer a reserved parking space, it is possible to reserve a parking space at the Pastina parking lot, private parking not guarded, close to the B&B. The cost is 10€ in low season, 15€ in high season and booking is required.
For high and very high season periods, a minimum stay may be required.
An additional bed can be supplied at the cost of 20 euros per day (AURORA and TRAMONTO rooms)
Single occupation of double room: 20% reduction (OASI room)
Children up to 3 years od age stay for free, if they sleep with their parents, in case you want to use the children’s bed the cost is 15 euros per day.
Animals are not allowed.
The property is not equipped for disabled guests.

You can check in even before 12 a.m., in this case the delivery of the room is not guaranteed, but you can leave your luggages in custody at the B&B.
Before 10,30 a.m.
After this time it will still be possible to use the common areas, and leave the luggage in custody at the B&B.
After booking confirmation the following conditions apply: at the time of booking confirmation, a payment of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required, payable by bank transfer, credit/debit card or postepay. The balance is payable on departures.
In the event of cancellation:
Cancellation notified 15 days before arrival incur no penality and the deposit will be returned in full. If the cancellation is made 15 days or less before arrival, or in the case of a ‘no show’, the total deposit will be retained. If the cancellation was made during specific holiday periods (Easter, Christmas and the end of the year, “Ferragosto” August 10th-15th , “Liberation day” Aprile 25th , “Worker day” May 1th , “Republic day” June 2th, Valentine’s day February 14th , all saints November 1th) you would be required to pay the full cost of the stay.
